I'm glad that Matt and Trey didn't think Isaac Hayes actually said that stuff about their show. They had an idea it was someone else making the comments in his name. Even better is Isaac's son came out saying Hayes didn't say the crap about SP, his scientologist representative did.

Not only did they pretend to be Hayes and destroy his relationships, They waited til he was physically and mentally able to defend himself, after he had a big stroke.

@@doctorsuave I thought that he got sick a year after he quit the show, not saying that he wrote it either way I'm sure the church wrote it. But if the case is that he was actually too sick to be able to say anything about it and wouldn't have left the show so they made it look like he did for him, knowing that he couldn't do something. It's not like I have a high opinion of the church or any Scientologist members to begin with, but another low. I just don't understand what dirt do they have on the city of LA to be allowed to exist they hold people as hostages FFS.

@@dcworld4349 a thing to keep in mind is that Scientology suggests their members to do this bizarre excessive workout routine and claim it to cure any illness (that means if you're sick, mentally or physically, you do it even more) so I wonder if they put him through any of that stuff to mentally and physically exhaust him and it made it easier for them to control his life and probably made him not feel up to voice act too Keep in mind apparently Hayes died on his treadmill when he really shouldn't have been using it, kind of supporting the theory

@@almond3066 Like I said I don't understand what kind of dirt they have given what we have uncovered in these past 8+ years. In the past I get it, they could use recordings, or taken photos of people doing drugs, having had an affair or any number of things that person wouldn't want to get out. But these days people are fully aware when scientoligists starts with their smear campagins. And most people are not going to care if they find out ex scientologist did something "unbecoming" unless it was actually hurting someone. As long as they reveal what is going on behind the scenes. And for the most part we know they church has made up so much that many won't believe what they reveal anyway. We know that the church seperates children from their families and hold them has hostages so that if one family member wants to leave they can't. People who have gotten away have reported all sorts of abuses. The wife of the leader of the church is seemingly missing. It was easy to understand why the catholic church could get away with being the biggest pedophile ring on the planet. Because they have over 1 billion member who's entire lives are based on one big great lie. They had cover in every branch needed, and even because of the Vatican were able to create their own laws regarding potential lawsuits. Scientology doesn't have that kind of power in numbers or financially. So what is stopping the cops from at least raiding the compounds to free the people being kept in their secluded camps? Religious freedom only goes so far, if they go there and the people there refuse to say anything, and deny being kept there against their will that is one thing. But there have been too many stories from the people who had to plan their escapes for years. If you get them away from their captors to talk and say if they want to they can be free leave with their families. I'm sure not all but a lot of them would take that opportunity.

Nothing more screwed up than a parent that treat their children as the substitute for friends. That friendship is meant to happen once your children have grown up. There are exceptions of course, if a child is very sick to the point where they can't even go to school or have friends that can come over to socialize much. It's good for a parent to modulate where they are still acting as their parent first, but also take an interest in their childs interests. So that the child doesn't feel completely alone. Although most children in those situations, grows up faster and are self aware enough and wishes to have actual friends instead.

@@dcworld4349 haha I mean, I don't know if I can say there's "nothing" more messed up. In terms of messed up things parents can do I'm sure I can think of at least ten things. BUT having said that, most things a human can do that are worse probably come
@dcworld4349

@@elephantmarch Obviously there are worse things you can do to a child like physical or psychological abuse. I guess to me I just don't consider them parents, more like glorified sperm donors or incubators. Sort of like the distinction of the old saying; anyone can be a father, it takes being a man to be a dad.

31:20 - I believe in this only more recently. Edward Snowden, who worked among these agencies at the time, admitted that the agencies just bailed out and made all the staff go home (himself at the DOD at the time). His recognition of 9/11 was that the agencies were competing with one another rather than cooperating to bust the terrorist plot. I believe otherwise and that these people at the top WERE complicit in facilitating it. I don't doubt childishness and lack of accountability among elites drove the disaster, but there's still so much more in lieu of the events, and that fuck-all really happened for years thereafter make it all the more suspicious, still (aside from the FBI trying to FORCE terrorism within the states to justify their abuse of power- fact). What this 'evidence' Matt & Trey speak of was all the ridiculous ideas brought to the public attention, which isn't unusual given the infamous tactics the likes of the CIA employed their entire history to perpetuate such lies and confusion. Yet, the public are fucking stupid and can easily spread the 'jet fuel' bullshit themselves of course, so as ever it's impossible to grasp anything truthful. Still very easy to blow off all conspiracies as 'silly' though when 'theories' like that make it to the top of the pile for the world to mock. The whole fucking thing still stinks, especially when you consider what immediately became because of it and the world we live in as a result. The REASON Ed Snowden blew the whistle in the first place was the exploitation of power that mass-surveillance brought. Which was of course, all illegal and secretly conducted.
