The DVD’s for this season came out while I was on deployment to Iraq. I had a little beat-up laptop that I’d keep in my ruck when we went fob-hopping and I bought the set at the PX in FOB Victory. This whole season is near and dear to my heart. Me and the guys sitting around shitty tents in transient billeting in the desert and laughing our asses off. No way, Pinewood Derby is a terrific episode. They don't all have to have some grand point and that's why it's so funny. Some 20's gangster-sounding alien comes and The World reacts as we would. I'd even say that the Space Cash concept is as deeply rooted into the dumb workings of money and economy as Margaritaville is. We valued Space Cash so highly because...we valued it so highly, lol. Our collective faith and belief made it worth so much only because of our collective faith and belief. Money is only a thing because we all say it is. Terrific episode.

I think its a coincidence. What was going on with me in 2009? Pinewood Derby episode what did everyone think of that? What was going on with me in 2009 (behind my back)? DEAD CELEBRITIES... close enough. If I never typed that out what would you guys put in that episode for the plane scene? Close enough... its when I was drugged up hallucinating after I got blown up in Iraq and having crazy dreams/nightmares with head injury and drugs. I would have died. No not the one where I escaped Valhalla thats why Im still alive. The other one where I passed an interior of a jet it showed the inside with all the seats with people sitting in them and it was full so I didnt get on.

Funny, the first time I saw the pine wood derby episode brought back memories of when I did it as a kid, and I was happy to see that. But when that car shot into space, I think I laughed nonstop for about 7 minutes. Completely unexpected haha

I'm currently five episodes in on season 13 and there are already more great episodes than there were in the entirety of season 12 which I think is the worst season at the moment EDIT: This season a step up from season 12 but doesn't live to seasons 4-8 and 11. Imo falls just under season 9 and above the first three

My intial comment is poorly phased thinking about it. I should have said out of the first 12 seasons. I'm not sure what I was thinking. Now having watching a lot more of the show, it goes downhill a lot more with seasons 20 and 21 which unlike season 12 are actually bad. At least in season 12 a lot the episodes are while not great are generally still decent. As for the episode you have mentioned, I love Breast Cancer Show Ever and its favorite episode of the season. Tonsil Trouble is decent I guess. Cartman saying he is HIV postive about the situation is kinda overused.
