They just say a bunch of fairly simple phrases such as "Princess kenny died" or "Cute!" mixed in with english phrases but in a Japanese accent such as here 1:13 where he just says "neck a neck" with desu at the end, and the piece of paper he's holding says japanese projected sales but with sales spelt like a japanese person trying to say it. If you want any specific parts of the video translating feel free to ask, but it's mostly just one or two words of japanese with english to make it funnier

The reason theres no translation is probably because the script was written in such a clever way with the mixing of simple japanese phrases with english, therefore anyone with a basic understanding of japanese from playing games and watching anime can understand it.
