So I initially watched thus with my pharmacist friend so I was able to get alot of context as the special went along and the way he tells it is that these are just hardcore appetite supressors, so they don't accelerate weight loss, they only help control appetite, it's up to the consumer to still eat properly (no cereal bombs). So depending on the amount of weight someone is trying to lose it could take a few weeks or several months.
