South Poll Grass Cattle History - Dave Roberts

Dave Roberts was instrumental with helping Teddy Gentry, lead bassist in the band Alabama and creator of the South Poll Grass Cattle, in developing the "Southern Momma" cattle breed. In this presentation, Dave talks about the history of the South Poll breed, why it was created, and what gains you can expect this breed make on forage only. He also delves into what makes this breed special by having extremely tender and high quality meat.
