Have you ever tried sleeping outside or camping? I've struggled sleeping my whole life but something about sleeping outside just does something that I can't explain. Maybe it resets your circadian rhythm. I grew up where we would sleep outside in the summer as kids because we didn't have AC in the house and that's how I learned that sleeping outside helps. I've read some research about it as well. I highly recommend it

Ardroil is good in the wind. Lovely tiny camping spot near the beach, you need to let them know you’ll be staying overnight 👍🏼
