Living in Gangtok I have known the pleasant hostess Aunty who was earlier posted in the Tourism department. It is good to know that she is enjoying her retired life. However I am happily surprised and in awe of her cooking skills, her entrepreneurial abilities and knowledge of the local cuisines. I definitely will visit her with my friends, and family for a small piece of Nirvana. Aunty hope to see you sooner than expected ❤️👍
