Ugandans who have remained in South Sudan will have to find their way out as the UPDF has wound up the three phase evacuation mission started last week. Brigadier Kayanja Muhanga said that nearly 20,000 Ugandans and people from other countries have been evacuated since fresh fighting broke out in South Sudan on 8th July. Kayanja, the UPDF’s fourth Division Commander in Gulu oversaw the evacuation process. Some Ugandans who spoke to NTV vowed not to return to South Sudan
