south Sudan is the 4th most represented African country in the NBA behind Nigeria, Senegal, and Congo this country intrigues me with the amount of NBA players they produce because I know they are the tallest people on earth but they seem to be the only east African country that has continually produced NBA players. I'm wondering why other countries like Uganda Kenya or even Tanzania don't produce NBA players such as this country you can't tell me these countries don't have tall people either
