SOUTH ZONE TASK FORCE BUSTED FAKE EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE RACKET - TWO HELD - RECOVERED 84 FAKE EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES
The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team along with Amberpet Police raided on a Xerox Centre styled as “MS Enterprises” situated at Owaisi Nagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad and busted fake certificates racket, apprehended two accused who provides fake educational certificates of SSC, Intermediate, Degree and other fake documents to aspirants and collecting huge amounts from them.
DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED PERSONS:
01) Mohammed Mahfooz Iqbal @ Iqbal, Age: 41 Years, Occ: MS Enterprises Xerox Centre, Owaisi Nagar, Amberpet, R/o: Moula Ali Main Road, Malkajgiri
02) Shaik Ilyas Ahmed, Age: 34 Years, Occ: Pvt. Job, R/o: Prem Nagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad.

FACTS OF THE CASE:
The accused Mohammed Mahfooz Iqbal @ Iqbal is running a Xerox Centre styled as “MS Enterprises” at Amberpet and doing all types of online works. As his business running in losses, he along with his friend Shaik Ilyas Ahmed hatched a plan to prepare fake educational certificates i.e. SSC, Intermediate, Degree and other documents to earn easy money. The accused Mahfooz Iqbal having knowledge on Photo Shop and Ilyas Ahmed acts as agent and brings candidates who need Fake Educational Certificates. For that, Mahfooz Iqbal is preparing Fake Educational certificates for the candidates by editing the Name, Roll numbers, Marks and percentage and other details on the certificates and preparing as original. To make fake and forged certificates said accused Iqbal and Iliyas are charging huge amount from each candidate and sharing the same.
On tip-off credible information, the Commissioner’s Task Force South Zone Team along with Amberpet Police apprehended 02 persons, seized Fake Educational Certificates and other material from the instance of the accused persons. Further, the apprehended accused and seized material were handed over to SHO, Amberpet PS for further action. The Amberpet Police have registered a case in Cr. No.640/2024 U/s 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340, 339, R/w 49 BNS and took up investigation.
APPEAL TO THE CITIZENS:
Please do not believe Fake Educational Consultancies, Mediators/Agents who are making false promises providing Education Certificates through back door and back dated from Universities, Colleges without any exams. If anyone involved in illegal activities they may have to face legal consequences.
The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri S. Raghavendra, Inspector of Police, SIs Sri. K. Narsimulu, G. Anjaneyulu, N. Naveen & Staff of Task Force, South Zone, Hyderabad along with Amberpet Police.
