They will be supplying the overnight stay retreat center, Southall Farms, on this property that is due to open in 2022. They will also supply an onsite restaurant. Management was forward thinking and wanted the orchard to be in full production when they are open to guests. We were there early in the fruiting season, so decisions had yet to be made as to how to make best use of this year's crops.
