Go to Canada or Australia instead, but if you plan to return back to India after you finish your studies, the UK is the best place to go.

Southhal is was already occupied by Punjabis right from the 50s and 60s this is one of the oldest Punjabi settlements in the world outside India/Pakistan.

There is a street in Berlin which is dominated by Arab subculture and is definitely a source of lot of stress and friction in the city. But maybe South-hall is more integrated and peaceful.
