Southbay Real Estate Market Report July '22

Here is July 2022 Southbay real estate market update. I focus on Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach, California. Inventory has barely risen since last month and the market is still very strong. Things that are priced right are still selling very fast.
Also interesting to note, we had 3 escrows on the Manhattan Beach Strand in the last 30 days which is a big move since we haven't had any sales in quite a while.
