And some women develop depression during menopause. She was 48 so this could have been a factor (hormonal swing that occurs with oestrogen depletion) . However, a lot of women get to this phase of their lives without adequate knowledge of it which can make things worse.

RIP to the Chinese diva that's on par with Mariah Carey/Celine Dion. Such a beautiful voice, taken too soon by depression. Her sister is right, depression is like cancer of the mind, and having it professionally diagnosed doesn't mean it's curable- it's a lifelong battle for its sufferers. Those who lost the battle will succumb to its siren call of death. Some theories suggest depression is affecting the brain, probably causing imbalance that affects the sufferer's ability to cope with sudden emotional attacks and making them seek death as result. RIP, Coco Lee. May you sing forevermore wherever you are now.

The Asian media are reporting that her husband Bruce Rocowitz cheated on her numerous times which led to a separation and depression. Apparently she was also battling breast cancer last year and recently had a leg operation. During her lowest of times, husband and stepdaughters nowhere to be seen and was off holidaying. Her weight plummeted to 42kg. July 2023 was suppose to be when she would be signing divorce papers with Bruce. So sorry we lost her - she is my most favorite Asian singer of all time and I am devastated she suffered so much to take her own life in this way. Rip beautiful coco ❤❤❤

Sometimes overwhelming Love isn't enough. I know that feeling myself and stayed away from all that sugar coated love which has no meaning to it..that's the most depressing part about it and I get it about her. I live alone, and it feels so great and makes me happy that I don't have to deal with people. Because I am not Lonely. You only feel real loneliness when you are around people that love you. You gotta to understand the abstractness about human life.

Her cancer,injuries,helplessness and the trauma you gave her all descend on her at the same time and she have to face these all alone without you by her side.
