@07:00 in, there are just 6-passenger cars, why is a diesel helper needed? FRA regulations? And why is the open car located at the back of the train and not right next to the steam locomotive? That is a dumb solution to not please railfans that would come to visit.

There is no runaround siding available to run 154 around and the open air car is added for extra seating.
