Awesome video, I'm definitely going to have to hike that area. Random story, I was driving up to Mount Mitchell the other day and came across a group of people walking on the parkway, they waived me down and wanted a lift to the park. Turns out it was the guy who owns that house in the video. Real nice people, I told him he was lucky to have such great views.

Well I hope he doesn't get mad at people passing by his cabin for peakbagging. Only few of us do it, so it can't be that intrusive.

It would be more scenic to do a section hike of the MST into Craggy Gardens than what I did.

No that's not it, it's mostly from the woolly adelgid blight
