I think I would like those burnt ends I like the brown Chrispy stuff on the ends of roast & BBQ! This was awesome for you two to get out for Joe's birthday. And always get your dessert on your birthday 🎂. One thing my mother never got to do, she always said she just wanted to go out to eat to have desert 💞

The other Southern Craft is located in an old mill in Bristol VA. Give Smokehouse BbQ not far from Milligan College a visit. Both offer great food.
