This band has been around forever. I saw them live in the early 1990's at a small club in Durham North Carolina and several times after that in NC at places like Cat's Cradle and the Brewery, then again years later in Los Angeles in the 2000's at a major club in L.A. when then really started to make it big. Do not pass up the chance to see this band live. They are literally one of the best live shows I've ever seen, maybe the best, unless you count The Pixies or Blonde Redhead, and they tend to play all night long. The lead guitarist is sort of a combination between Eric Clapton, Lyndsey Buckingham and Steve Miller. And they are still at it, Wow!

Never allow yourself to miss these guys in concert. I've seen them twice in downtown Tucson, about 20 years apart (I did allow myself to miss a few!) and both times came out of the show smiling like an idiot and thinking how maybe we should drive up to Phoenix or Flagstaff to catch the next night's show. Great fun, man.
