I used to use a huge pipe casing coupler that was around 20 inches wide and a half inch thick and 2 foot long for a fire pit. And id lay that disco of mine on it and make some awesome fajitas and fried fish in it. I also had a fire disc with a propane stand but the propane burner would burn too hot. I like your coal setup

Hi There Would like to ask you how I purchase the equipment you cooking on? Regards Richard United Kingdom 🇬🇧
@glock36me4 жыл бұрын
Many people make them in the US but in UK I don't know of anyone. Go on Google and search for Cowboy Wok or Discada. You can probably find the 22 inch plow disk and have someone weld up the center hole and weld some handles on it. Then you grind off all the paint or a coating then you just season it like a cast iron pan. As far as the stirring utensil it is a Chinese wok tool so search for that or try an international market or Chinese market there.

That is the Kamado Joe brand Big Joe kamado that measures 24 in wide and this is a 22 in wide discada. It fits perfectly.

I actually got the Harrow disc off of Ebay, made the handles, the square hole plug, and had a friend weld it together for me. Then I just sanded it and seasoned it just like carbon steel. There is a discada Facebook group that has people that make them so look them up.
