I just discovered your channel I think last week and I’ve been binging all your videos. The food…the personality …I love it all. This is the way I learned how to make fried potatoes from my mom. Growing up in Virginia my granddad used to to make fried potatoes and beef bacon. Damn I miss him and his cooking. He used the same ingredients: potatoes sliced like disk, onions and green peppers. I forgot all about them! Ty you always out do yourself 🤍🤍🤍

Yes you are right T.Y at the restaurants the potatoes 🥔 have no flavor and they be hard are sometimes they don't be cooked through. I don't like to oder potatoes at the restaurant. I like to cook them at home . I like my potatoes to be crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and golden brown. Thank you for sharing the southern fried potatoes. I’ve been making this for a long time, I also add a sweet potato or two and it adds a little sweetness, but doesn’t make them sweet. Yours look wonderful!
