Gabby has grown and excelled. She shines through the other dancers. It takes more than Being the best dancer to be captain my dear. It takes leadership skills and the ability to teach your crabs and vets to look the same. Just cause you’re the best doesn’t mean you have the attitude and or leadership skills to develop your team. People tend to forget that quality. Keep that in mind. She is the smallest on the team so everything all the other members do look “bigger” or “better”. She does everything full out with every detail and these new counts? Obviously she had to teach and they pull off well. Dismiss yourself with this negativity and keep it pushing. Smh
