I make the keto cake from scratch all the time. So satisfying and yes, indeed. One minute! I’ll sometimes leave the chocolate out and add more almond flour and vanilla. And I’ve added full cream over it when it’s hot and it’s like pudding. Yum!

I started buying the parmesan crisps and the are delicious. I know the are actually easy to make, you just put little piles of grated parmesan on a baking sheet and bake them until the are golden brown but I have not tried that yet,

Mary, lovely box. I would love for you to do a review in a few weeks after you try these items to let us know what you would actually purchase. I wanted to let you know Walmart.com has Lowery’s pork rinds that come in a microwave popcorn bag like thing, that you cook in the microwave and they are so delicious, you may enjoy those. You can buy G. Hughes bbq sauce at Walmart, it’s sugar free and delicious as well. He also has a honey mustard. I haven’t tried it yet but I heard it was very good as well. Have a great weekend.

Thank you so much for reviewing these items. I knew none of them would be Keto enough for me, but this way I didn't have to spend time (or money) to verify my suspicions. The mug cakes do work, bake in 60-90 seconds...but they are also easy to over-cook and then come out very dry.

A year ago I was diagnosed with total kidney failure, and that put a huge damper on the kinds of foods I am able to eat. I've learned over the months that its' not what you eat, but how much of it that matters. If i drank a 12oz glass of orange juice I would have a heart attack and die from the massive amount of potassium that my kidneys no longer have the ability to process. On a rare occasion I can indulge and have a tiny 2 or 3oz cup of OJ without any problems. I died inside a little when you pulled out that gluten free carb free barbecue sauce (sweetened with Stevia... bleeeech). Eat whatever BBQ sauce you want, just put a smaller amount of it on your food. Life's literally too short to deny yourself these simple pleasures.

I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through, however, it doesn't hurt if someone tries. For example, I am a vegetarian and I always lack protein but go over the daily recommendation of carbs. So, everyone's "simple pleasures" are different.

This is coming from someone who had multiple auto immune diseases, and spent money at doctors offices trying all kinds of different meds. Before healing myself by changing my diet and seeing a naturopathic doctor. I cringe every time I see someone make a comment like yours. Food and what you put into and onto your body plays a HUGE part in your health.

Navem Shea You missed the whole point of my post. I have pretty much the most extreme health problem imaginable.. I have no kidneys! If my nutritional advice is wrong, believe me, I will be the first one to know about it. Like I said, I could die from making the wrong choices, and I'm not being hyperbolic about that at all. Too much potassium will cause my heart to go into afib. My point was that in spite of whatever lesser health problem you may be experiencing, go ahead and live a little. It's probably not going to hurt you, just be sensible about the amounts of problem foods you consume.
