Tommy Bahama outfit - yes to the necklace, NO to the earrings. Find a different pair of earrings. Something that does not conflict with the necklace - perhaps a pearl earring. The necklace is the glitz - just needs a complimentary earring. Good rule of thumb for us jewelry junkies - "once you are dressed and accessorized, look in the mirror and take one piece of jewelry off."
