These are a great idea and this video shows just how easy it is to 'make it up as you go along'. I sometimes add curly party ribbons or/and a small keepsake (like an engagement ring) Yep I am a Romantic.

Great hostess gift. I would also include fairy lights that have a cork and are meant for wine bottles so when the bottle is empty the hostess could put the fairy lights inside and keep the artificial arrangement on display. This is especially pretty with colored bottles. They even come with colored lights which could match the arrangements. Search LED wine bottle lights for a variety.
