Amazing how much garbage (bottles, etc) people have produced. So many years after and you still have not run out of stuff to dig! Here's hoping for rain for you guys! Glad the weather is cooler and that you and Miranda like doing things together. Take care!

Great video today. Had a good friend who happened to be a park ranger, showed me the remains of a cabin deep in the park property, that Davey had stayed at for a while. The site wasn't much, just a few logs still together but was very off limits to the public. Pretty cool though. You all take care

At 9:10, it's the insert for a canning jar. It works similar to a modern day ring & insert. The ring is almost twice the depth of a modern ring.

I think I'll send a couple of old Mason jars, one to you and one to Nugget Noggin, so you can slip it on your marbles display shelf. Once it's filled, send it on back. We'll call it a challenge between the two of you; who can fill my jars faster, Adventure Archaeology or The Nugget? 🤔

Those bridges make me think of the time President Roosevelt put young men to work during the Depression. We have a bridge here that has, "WPA" carved in it. It speaks of a hard time in our country of long ago and the workforce that helped rebuild it.

neat rock wall! you said it was a dead end? you could put a tarp over the top and have a dry area for hunting. you never know exactly find . the mason jar was neat find. the hutches were sweet finds.great video!

Those bisque doll parts could be worth a lot of money since there are lots of doll collectors that just could be looking for different parts of their collections either as a spare or for parts of their collections that are broken or missing.

I can’t see how y’all are digging in that dirt. We are in a drought here in Mississippi, too. Our dirt is like granite. Lol

If you can find where the swimming pond used to be, there might be coins and things around it. Since people would sit on the ground there they probably lost things out of their pockets.
