This year I made a spreadsheet with a list of recipes and all of the ingredients each recipe needs. Then I added the totals for each ingredient so I don’t over buy like I usually do. 😂 I’m looking forward to more candy videos! 😊

Tried the first recipe and it is worth not stiring it, and it was absolutely delicious. This was my first time making this, and they will even be better next time. I used my big scooper and made them too big. Also, I was cooking something else at the same time and let the candy cook too long. Still tasted great, but the mixture was a little stiff. My teenage son didn't seem to mind the extra caramelization.😅

To make fudge 1 can Betty crocker frosting (not whipped) 1 bag of chocolate chips Combine in a pot over low heat stirring constantly until just melted. Add any extras you want, I.E. peanut butter, or peppermint chips, pretzels and stir in put in a lightly buttered 8x8 pan and let harden. Cut into small squares and enjoy. You can change the flavors of chips to whichever you desire, same with the frosting. Just don't use the coconut almond frosting because it won't harden.
