AMEN, and gossip is just as deadly a sin as any other mentioned here. That is a crucial fact we all error at sometimes due to what I feel is the human error of putting sins on a "scale" according to laws of the flesh as opposed to how God see's it. Sin is sin, period. I feel just as important as this EXCELLENT point of confrontational love, taught here. Is the point of self-examination to avoid "gossip" and respond as the Scripture tells us. Address that person one on one if possible first, aside from elders as stated.
