The park in this video is spectacular! I like that the town shuts down early. That's a pro for me but I can understand why it is mostly a con for most. I received some information on The Woodlands in Texas through snail mail. 😂 It also looks pretty amazing. ❤ I just love Texas so much. Happy house hunting everyone!

How far is trophy club from south lake you should do a video on trophy club
@movingtotexas Жыл бұрын
I love Trophy Club! It is only 12 minutes from Southlake and is known to be the safest city in Texas. We were trying to get into Trophy Club but when we were purchasing the inventory was so low we couldn't find what we needed. We landed in Roanoke on the border of Trophy Club.

I've noticed you've been focusing on the uber wealthy lately. Any chance you'll do some videos for those who are poor and only make $60,000 - $100,000 a year? Places like Allen, Melissa, etc. ? People that want more than an acre but also a nice neighborhood?

Yes, we can show Melissa and Allen. Let me see where we can find some homes on an acre or more.

I am from Brazil and I have lived in Keller, Texas, very close to Southlake area, Fort Worth and Grapevine. It is a wonderful place, you can easily go to Southlake Town Square and find places to eat, shopping, movie theaters (Harkins when I was there), not to mention B&N book and gift store. Cheesecake Factory, Brio, Rockfish, Mi Cocina, Taverna Rossa etc. The downside about the area is not related to the area itself in my opinion, but the weather in Texas might not be exactly what you are looking for if you are not from Texas, of course. It usually got too hot to stay outside many days in the summer and it can get very cold and windy too in the fall and winter - yes , it snowed while I was there enough to office to be closed. However, I cannot complain and if I had the opportunity again, I was an expat before, I would live there again. Of course if you are not from Texas or from the United States, you might get some culture shock if you do not take a training prior to moving, especially if, like me, you are not used to have guns so easily offered around you. In spite of that, I never felt safer in my life. In 5 years in Texas, I never had guns but I am sure my neighbors had plenty 😁 the houses are great, of course the more you have the more you pay, and i liked a lot the "Shady Oak" area. I would daydream what the people who lived there were like? What they did for living. How is life in those great houses.
