6:30 It looks like there's enough real estate on the passenger side to run the alternator flipped 180 so the back of it is by the headlight. It would require a big custom bracket, but might work.

I've had lots of problems finding alterners. I noticed nascar engines all have Toyota alterners. I made one fit on my 64 elco. It's small enough to fit in front of the head and line up with stock pullies

You should run full LED bulbs. I swapped all my bulbs to LED and it looks much better. Also got an adjustable relay to change blinker speed. I like having blinkers that blink slow. 😂

Casey turn your alternator bracket around and mount it to the frame of the car and run it backwards. I’ve done this on several occasions the alternator doesn’t care which way it spins.

When the engine torques and moves different from the frame you would be chunking belts too, unless you pretty much solid mount the motor.

Cassey, modify the water pump hose inlet with an elbow downward and reroute the water hose under the alternator. A small 289 Ford V8 would have worked better in the Honda like the Toyota Celica did. Goto NAPA auto parts for a Balkamp item for light bulbs. "BUILD THE SUPER NATURAL WINCHESTER CAPRICES NEXT!"

Hood looks fly. I weld a bit and i believe its like riding a bike. Definitely envisioned mine like exactly what you did.
