if you stick a piece of cloudy acrylic in your custon caseys custom logo and have your LED's lined along the edge of the acrylic inside the cover plate, it should light the acrylic up solid red so that the lighting in your logo is uniform. Just a thought, if that isn't what you are already planning roughly.

Nice build! the wheels look really good on it! for your interrogations around 18min mark: A windshield guy will easily remove the quarter glass for you for like 50$ . Your primer isn't sticking well in that area because the quarter glass being still there, you couldnt sand the edges properly. Primer/paint has to ''wrap around'' a panel as much as possible and has to be sprayed on a properly scuffed surface. If you really dont want to remove that quarter glass, to prep the edges properly, look up ''3M Perforated Trim Masking Tape'' the blue one. it allows you to tape the window and lifts the rubber molding. But its best to remove it really... coatings are always thinner on edges, and with a molding that rests/rubs against it permanently, or simply wind, water, dust, elements, ect, over time its always at the edges paint will start peeling if prep isnt good!!
