Apollo beach is near the power plant and you cannot swim there so it is not a beach ….we live in the Tampa Bay Area !

Do the villa homes (duplex) have lesser appreciation and are they more difficult to sell than a single family home? We've never lived in a 55+ community, but we're now considering it. Just wondering about resale pros & cons on a villa.

People need to be educated on "Salt Water "Pools. They are not salt water pools like the old Miami pools. the salt in the water in very minimal. then there is a chlorine generator. It uses the salt to produce "Chlorine". so the pool is indeed a Chlorine pool. Salt will not destroy bacteria in the amounts allowed in the pool water, and also to be noted, the salt has destroyed plant material, stone around the pool and pool heaters. so the new systems are UV and Ozone . Salt is not a Chlorine free pool. That said every realtor always wrongly says "it's a salt water pool, not Chlorine" false.
