Born In the Small Town of Nashville, Arkansas
In 1997, Southside Reggie released hit maxi single "Tennishoe Pimpsta" with local artist Lungi Loc, which instantly took the streets by storm.
In April 1998 he was sentenced to 12 years incarceration. ADC (114255), for manufacturing and delivery of a controled substance.
May of 2002 he paroled out early for good behavior and immediately went to recording at Dirty Lyfe Records in Saratoga Arkansas.
In the summer of 2003 he set the State of Arkansas ablaze with the album entitled "The Last Pick Of The Last Round" [Most likely not to succeed].
The catch is that the album did totally the opposite of what the title said it would, making this album the most sought after album in & around Southwest Arkansas.
January of 2004, he released another album called "Not Guilty", it to was a smash in the streets all around Arkansas, But he wasn't satisfied with local notoriety,
plus the pay was nowhere near what he expected.
He decided to make a move to Texarkana AR/TX. Southside Reggie started campaigning with Dub City CEO, D.A. Gold Grillz, he introduced Southside Reggie to a producer by the name of Miagi.
When they met they hit it off instantly, eventually releasing a jam called "Roll Call". Realizing that the duo could do the most damage together,
two months later they released a mixtape called "Hustle Town Mixtape Vol. 1", It introduced a host of artists such as Ladi Phat, Dirty Blac, Mr. Pookie, Mr. Lucci, Miagi, Teezy Mobb, K-9,
Lil Bugg, 50 Baby, Booski, Lil Booky, Herc G, Mista C, Swang , Buck & Shelby. Collectively, "THE HOTTEST THANG IN THE STREETZ", so to speak, Selling 15,000+ units out the trunk alone.
July 2004 he began doing shows and parties 3-4 days a week for six straight months. The buzz increased, instead of him taking the complements and sitting on them,
Southside Reggie put out another album, flooding the streets with Southside music.
To this day he has sold street platinum, in units near 29,000+ in two years and still selling with a Greatest Hit Album release.
He has since released the albums "Street Heat" & "Relapse" as of 2013, he is highly respected amongst the Arkansas Hip Hop community & a fan favorite to this day with timeless classics such as
"On My Way To Georgia", "My Pimpin' Superb", "Betta Have My Money", & many more.
