People just wanted information. SW, closed their counters, refused to communicate, and/or help accommodate any of their customers. Horrible. Instead of communicating with people ahead of time, they were allowing people to get to the airport only to find out that the flight had been canceled for hours. They did that so they did not have to accommodate anything. They are the company who refused to take the updates in technology. They deserve every lawsuit coming their way. Yes there was horrible weather across the nation but I flew twice between December 23rd, and December 28th. American Airlines who has had its faults in the past was more than helpful this past week.

That's what irked me -- I got clear to the airport just to discover my flight was cancelled 4 hours before takeoff!! I hustled to my car and drove the trip (16 hours)....praying for the poor souls with NO alternative!

They should of predicted the historical event of southwest airlines mass cancelations during the december holidays 2022. I mean the other airlines are just two efficient I guess. Can’t get it when people aren’t planning their travel well ! If you know there is a storm coming why would you take a risk and travel by car or airplane ?? Just take a train if possible or just cancel your travel and stay safe .

SW should have used their profits to revitalize their computer systems and reorganized their flight patterns to include major hubs so that the flights would flow smoother. It is the fault of the company. The union has been trying to tell them this for years.

🤔 Actually the Wiseman brought gifts in celebration of Jesus's birth. It is true an exact date is not given, and the argument of it wasn't cold doesn't make sense as it's winter in Florida and Massachusetts but the weather is different. Their deaths had nothing to do with the time of year but more so a lack of planning/common sense in going out/trying to drive during a blizzard.
