Nerd note. Armatage elementary is no longer a magnet school after they redistricted MPS during covid. It's now the standard elem neighborhood school. And, believe you own the Ineos and I chatted with you at Armatage parking lot a few weeks ago.

One of the areas we are looking to relocate to, thanks Jesse! Feels like the Nokomis are is kinda forgotten about, ever going to a more in-depth video of the neighborhoods there?

We bought with To The Twin Cities a bit over a year ago in the Nokomis area. Highly recommend the area and To The Twin Cities.
