Dear UOG, "Sovereign Citizens" is at it's fundamental base, an unconscious emotive Re-Action of a disappointed or disenchanted adolescent-citizen to a parental-state institution, a child-citizen who is angry at not getting what it wants becomes an adolescent-citizen. In "advanced group interactions" each individual inherently knows what needs to be done, and then independently works towards what is obviously for the good of both individuals and for the group as a whole. In non-advanced societies instead develops patterns of "enforceable laws" that require a minimum of expected and enforced actions by each individual. As societies become more and more adolescentally immature, institutions and governments in reaction become more and more parental. A society composed solely of "Sovereign Citizens" would be untenable nor safe.

It is like anarchism and might be a consequence of democracy when it is too lenient and may lead to social chaos and a great increase in the number of crimes.
