Finally, you found original sound of Soviet October Revolution Parade 1982 version. Thanks bro, we waited this for a long time. The sound "slow march tankman winners" 9:40, is looks like the combination of 1978 + 1980 version parade drum & trumpet and also the parade march "In defense of motherland" looks like 1978 + 1984 version, I like the marching sound. This parade is also the final public appearance of Leonid Brezhnev, the icon of Cold War, and everyone (the politburo members) use Ushanka hat, the icon of Soviet elite outfit.

Ustinov sounds really sick in this speech, and it almost sounds like he's struggling to let the words out of his mouth. You can hear Brezhnev's occasional coughing in the background. I can see why this footage was lost to time!

It was also bitterly cold at that parade, I'm sure even by Russian standards everyone was feeling the bite of the frosty air. Ustinov's voice changed in 1981 and never sounded the same. Compare his voice here to how firm and vigorous he sounded back at the 1978 parade. If memory serves, I think Ustinov was a smoker. The stresses of the Afghan War and renewed Cold War tensions did not do favors for his health too I imagine.
