Fascinating. When it comes to Jew hatred enemies come together. In last week's torah portion, Balak, we see the unlikely alliance between Moab and Midian, two sworn enemies. We need to employee the old cliché... the enemy of my enemy is my friend

I think that the most glaring intersection between the two movements is the concept of globalism. To put this in the simplest terms, the progressive movement wants the world to become a global society and culture, with a common set of "universal" progressive vales and ultimately to be governed by international political bodies. Islam is based upon a similar aspiration for global domination. The immediate objective of both movements is to undermine the existing political structure of distinct nations and cultures. It is "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" concept, which ignores the fact that once the common enemy is eliminated so is the basis of the alliance. At that point they become enemies once more. Am I wrong?
