Soy curls are on my to be ordered list at Amazon. I'm ordering a smaller package there to see if I like them, before ordering a large box.I buy 10 to 12 lemons or limes at a time. Juice them all and freeze in ice cube trays. When frozen I loosely wrapped in parchment paper and store all together in a Ziploc bag. You can also freeze whole lemons and limes Then defrost in microwave. Love your videos!

Hi Jill, If you are still looking for a good garlic tool, check out the Garlic Twister , it is awesome. you put the cloves in it and twist back and forth, no mess and it rinses out easily. There are cheaper knockoffs, but the best one (original and lifetime warranty) is by Nextrend, they have it at Amazon. I got the 8 quart ipot!! using both the 8 and 6 quart EVERY DAY!! love it! And appreciate you... you have really helped me learn how to use it! HUGS Jackie
@Desertbrat1279 жыл бұрын
Boy, Max is really getting up there! I used bottled lime juice, too. Sometimes I have to go for whatever is cheap: bottle, bag, can. Just use what you have. Can't have soy, so I think marinated mushrooms would be awesome. Something else that is good is a little yogurt with some chile powder stirred in, dollop it on the inside or spread it on top of the quesadilla like you would sour cream.

Jill, I don’t own a Griddler at this point, but this yummy recipe makes me want one. Do you have much mess to clean up after using this device? Also, how to do clean it after use? Thanks for your response in advance.
@JillMcKeever Жыл бұрын
Cleaning up that Griddler is easy. The nonstick plates pop out for rinsing in the sink, or dropping into the dishwasher. When I've cooked processed vegan foods, like plant-based burgers or sausages, clean up involves washing the grease tray under the griddle. It's really not a hassle to clean, just an extra step. I've yet to regret buying the Griddler I own. It's perfect to take camping, if you camp with electric hookups.

@JillMcKeever8 жыл бұрын
First, thank you for buying my book. I'm happy to know it's working for you. :D The bunny years started a couple of years around Easter. I had been wearing a silly hearts headband to lift everyone's mood when I posted to facebook. Well I found the bunny ears and decided to wear them in a video and the crowd went wild for them. So many shared how seeing me with them on lifted their spirits and helped make watching the videos more fun. A few times, I left them off in videos and fans cried out "Where's your ears?!" When I attend health conferences, I wear them; the ears help fans to spot me for photos together, book signings and hugs, lots of hugs. :D They have become a part of me and I don't mind it at all. They help people to remember me and make them smile.

What do soy curls taste like? Are they good?
@paigemarie58969 жыл бұрын
They taste similar to chicken and yes they are very good.
@JillMcKeever9 жыл бұрын
+Jesika Kate On their own, soy curls are rather bland, they NEED spices. It's more about their texture that rocks everyone's world. Season or marinate them just as you did chicken and beef, back in the day ;D Leave them whole or shred them, either way, they have the texture of chicken or a tender roast beef.
