Tom: This has been informative. A lot of fun on the plane it seems. That was a long plane ride. The sights in Beijing looked interesting. That food spread/buffet was out there! The hotel room was interesting with that window. I did not care for that. It seems you and your teammates are getting a lot out of this adventure. I have been watching Lance's movie. Part two airs tonight. I am enjoying it so far!

What a life... You have to be very flexible and roll with the changes ...yet they stay positive and seem to enjoy it. Professional athletes, professional travellers. I'm such a home body. Cant stand traffic. Although I did pretty well with my trip to Denver this past summer. Enjoyed it a lot. Food, sleep, Coffee , Constants. Essential. Thanks for the window TomD

when i was little my big cousin used to say soy sauce was her medicine and she'd pour it in the cap and drink it straight up and i had to be just like her when i was little so i would do the same thing, i dont like enjoy drinking soy sauce on its own but it doesnt bother me much

I always get a friend to prescribe me Seroquel when I fly because unlike regular sleeping pills, they’re antipsychotics and will put anybody to sleep and IMO, the “hangover effect,” is less debilitating with them rather than Ambien, Halcion, Dalmane, etc…
