INGREDIENTS:
150 gms Soya chunks
Salt
5-8 dried red chillies
2 tbsp maida
3 tbsp cornflour
black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
Oil for frying
1tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2-3 green chillies
Spring onion whites
1 onion into cubes
1 capsicum into cubes
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp cornflour
Spring onion greens
