leilanilps If it’s super hot where you live, I would try and keep it refrigerated till you’re ready to eat. If not 1 hour should be ok but the cream will become watery and ur sandwhich may become soggy!

Tbh it just depends in the brand and how much sweetness you want. I’m in LA and I really like Nature’s Own brand of breads. You can most definitely use milk bread if thats what you prefer

Cream cheese is totally different from heavy whipping cream. Depending on where u are located heavy whipping cream has different names u may want to search what it’s called where u are based! “Whipping cream” should also work if u are based in US :)

White bread/Texas toast works best because it goes with the sweetness of the strawberries. If you use wheat bread or any sort of grainy bread it may not taste as sweet and there may be a bready aftertaste
