Soyeon I don’t think was dissing soojin but cube and the haters who said gidle wouldn’t make it without soojin and they’ve become bigger in a way it could be a diss but at the end she says ‘idle is one’ which I guess could mean all 5 of the members currently but I took it as soojin is still apart of idle even though she left / got kicked out and I mean all the “references” to her just kind of make me believe that the members still include her even if she can’t be with them during those moments and comebacks anymore

No, there was a lot of hate towards them, especially from k-media and cube actually didn't want to give them the budget for tomboy mv because they thought they would flop. Soyeon said to cube that she would take the risk. She revealed this in an interview earlier.
