Why do I feel like Koil took it personally that people were essentially led to believe the "state" was him and buddha lol. I saw him telling his stream that basically nothing has been gone through him in 4.0 and so he doesn't "believe" that the "state" refers to him. Now he's here pressuring max to essentially define what he means when he says the "state" lol

Koil expressed annoyance that in-game people are referring to the "state" in such a way as to imply that people like Buddha / Koil are deciding things that happen IC. For example: "The state decided that .. cornwood can decide to take undersheriff" K and Ramee met with Koil and Buddha and they next couple days... for the first time in 5 months... they start asking people like Max and crane "Who is the state" Koil specifically says on stream... that he doesnt think... that when max says "the state" that they are referring to HIM or buddha since neither of them have been involved in the things that are attributed... to "the state". Now we have soze... a character that koil plays... pressing Max on exactly what he means when he says "the state". So no I am not talking about soze. I am talking aboit Koil... the streamer. Soze just being a small pawn by which this interaction is playing out.

I think the easiest solution that will possibly happen if this goes too far is for the Senate come back into RP and they are the face of the "state" and the highest authority on the Island... whether the senators are koil and buddah IDK the answer to that question

Koil from a literal point is correct. Now Bones and Slacks should be immediately trying to correct or add additional laws to cover the state. Instead they'd rather try to argue their view is the only view.

I don't think bone realized it tbh. Slacks did realize it, but he leaves that matter to the people responsible for those types of decisions. I can respect that. It's not slack's job to be writing laws or even worry about the constitution. He's neither a DOJ member nor a prosecutor. He's handed a book and told to enforce what the book says. nothing more. nothing less. Today the book he was handed expects him to act beyond the border of the city. The problem soze is pointing out is that the people... who wrote that book are outside their jurisdiction. But those people are crane / max lol Not bone or slacks

I find it a bit entertaining that Slacks mentioned that no one else pointed out parts of the constitution to him involving the mayor when he was supposedly looking for any way to get mayor Max out of power. In my opinion if he truly wanted to get rid of mayor Max he would of went over the laws of the state to figure out any way he could do just that and not need someone else to show him it.
