@@roxasventus2624 hi! I basically purchased a clicker at dicks to keep track of my affirmations. The affirmations: my SP is madly in love with me and he cannot live with out me. (I’m at 6,000) and got movement. Granted I’m a logical person so it’s been difficult. All I tell myself is “ Queen do you want this or not? Yes. Then SAY your affirmations!” Hope this helps!
