एक्से-Ray में मरीज की स्पाइन ही एलाइनमेंट का पता चलता है. MRI में उसकी जो नशे है या स्पाइनल कॉर्ड है वो कितनी दबी हुई है ये पता चलता है और उसके लिगामेंट कितने टूटे हुए हैं ये भी पता चलता है। CT Scan में मरीज स्पाइन के फ्रैक्चर की morphologyका पता चलता है।
अब ये निर्णय लेना होता है की , किसका ऑपरेशन होना चाहिए और किसका ऑपरेशन नहीं होना चाहिए?
इसके लिए टी एल आई सी एस (TLICS) - Thoracolumbar injury classification and severity score का इस्तेमाल करते हैं।

FINDINGS: Dorsolumbar spine- There is normal alignment of spine. Spinal curvature is maintained. • Spinal cord appears normal in bulk and signal intensity. Cord ends at D12-L1 level. • Vertebral bodies are normal height, with normal marrow signal intensity. • Grade III disc dessication with left central and paracentral disc protrusion is seen at L5/S1 level with mild effacement of left lateral recess. Multilevel disc dessication changes (grade II to III) seen in dorsolumbar spine. Posterior elements appear normal. No evidence of spinal canal stenosis. Screening of sacrum (using T1 COR images)- Fracture line seen in right ala of sacrum,traversing through right sided neural foramina with obliteration of perineural fat at fracture site and surrounding edema in soft tissue and right sided paravertebral muscles. Cervical screening is grossly normal except for multilevel disc dessication changes. IMPRESSION: Normal MRI dorsolumbar spine. .Screening of sacrum (using T1 COR Images)- Fracture line seen in right ala of sacrum, traversing through right sided neural foramina with obliteration of perineural fat at fracture site and surrounding edema in soft tissue and right sided paravertebral muscles.

no chance bro। Becoz। मुझे डिस्क extrusion हुआ था। उसकी वजह से मैं आज 2 साल से बेड पर लकवा ग्रस्त हूं मेरी उम्र भी 27 वर्ष है। मुझे तो डिस्क extrusion की वजह सेसिर्फ थोड़ा सा spinal cord का compression। हुआ था। spinal cord injury में तो पूरी की पूरी spinal cord ऐसे दब जाती है जैसे। रबड़ का पाइप दब जाता है। 2 घंटे से ज्यादा भी कंप्रेशन रह जाय या ऑपरेशन में लेट हो जाय comoression ना हटाया जा सके तो व्यक्ति की लाइफ बर्बाद समझो जैसे मेरी लाइफ बर्बाद हो गई। मैं कभी शादी नहीं कर सकता। मुझे। DISC की वजह से ही। CAUDA EQUINA SYNDROME नामक बीमारी हुई है जिसकी VAJG से मै बेकार हो गया जबकि मेरा कोई ऐक्सिडेंट भी नहीं हुआ था। इस बीमारी को गूगल सर्च करना सब पता चल जाएगा
