I love beef, but I love Koshano (কষানো) beef bhuna more. Whenever Ridima (Ipsha) makes this dish, I just forget about having anything else on that day. It's that type of recipe.
This beef kosha bhuna is made using basic ingredients, and you definitely should try this one if you are a beef lover. Before eating this beef bhuna with rice, don't forget to keep a lemon and sliced chili on your plate. Yum!! That's heavenly.

Beef/Mutton - 1 kg
Cardamom (এলাচ) - 7-8 pieces
Bay Leaf (তেজপাতা) - 2-3 pieces
Clove (লবঙ্গ) - 7-8 pieces
Cinnamon Stick (দারুচিনি) - 3-4 pieces
Whole Black Pepper (আস্ত গোল মরিচ) - 7-8 pieces
Chili (মরিচ)- 5-6 pieces
Fried Onion (বেরেস্তা) - 0.5 cup
Onion Paste (পেঁয়াজ বাটা) - 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste (রসুন বাটা) - 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste (আদা বাটা) - 2 tsp
Shredded Onion (কাটা পেয়াজ) - 1 cup
Cumin Powder (জিরা গুড়া)- 2 tbsp
Chili Powder (শুকনা মরিচ) - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder (হলুদের গুড়া) - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder (ধনিয়া গুড়া) - 1 tbsp
Salt (লবন) - to taste
