@@erikderfreak Yeah, it was a while ago now but i think i used about half a kilo for 3 people so roughly the same depending of how much every person eats. But i noticed that the bread does fill you up quite a bit so don't over do it with the meat. :D

actually pretty accurate for a philly chesesteak. exept for the sundried tomatos instead of fresh ones (which I think just adds more flavour) and you skipped the cheezewizz and I do belive is always a plus when you skimp on the chemical mystery shiz

btw i have found that is easy to make great cold brew using a french press with saran wrap on top and throwing it in the fridge every day after i drink the one i made the day before!

Hey @Sp4zie I'm a medical student, so not an official doctor, but i learned already some stuff We are taught that tannin/tannic acid is a carcinogen substance and it can be found in the coffee normally I'm not saying coffe gives you cancer, cuz that is not true but if you drink a long coffee or the cold brew you make, the more the coffee powder steeps in the water the more tannin gets dissolved into your drink (and it would be healthy to consume the least of that acid Espresso has the less amount of tannin as far as i know) So i'm not trying to get you or anyone scared, i just wanted to warn you, and maybe you should do a little bit of research on the internet, so you will be aware
