I don't mind the ads at all. You are offering a wonderfull set of music and even bringing in artists from around the world. I have listened to ten hour meditation music that is at the most a fifteen minute loop over and over. To me that is more disturbing than ads. You are a professional. I couldn't get all this together and be in compliance with the business necessary. Props to you. Keep up the good vibes!

Welcome dear cosmic traveler! Before you decide you place a comment regarding annoying commercials located throughout different mixes, please make yourself familiar with the instructions below I am not the author of the majority of mixes one can find on my channel. The biggest number of those were produced by professional artists from around the Globe. Part of those were released in various music labels. These are protected by multiple copyrights, as well as the possibility to control the number and the length of the bespoken ads. All in all, it is those music labels that make profit of the ads, which seem to be this annoying for the most. Indeed, my channel does follow a partner program offered by KZbin and I also do get a certain profit from some videos. Nevertheless, the ads that work for me, are only located at the very beginning, as well as the ending of the sets and only in those non copyrighted music mixes. Personally, you can trust my word I would never allow ads placement throughout any of my private mixes. My prime goal is to provide everyone with various ways aiming at relaxation and meditation, without having you disturbed in any way. This is why I kindly ask you; next time before leaving a comment in which you judge and assault me with music degradation, which results in disturbance of your meditation and relaxation cycles, please be aware, that this process is out of my hands. To round off, I would like to remind you about the existence of specific free software (such as AdBlock), which will help you limit or get rid of the ads. Best Regards, Jedi

"The Stars Like Dust" is a novel by Isaac Asimov. I read it when I was a kid, and it made a big impression on me. I still have a hardback copy that I got from the Science Fiction Book Club. It's so cool to see the title here.

Alan Mclemore Sorry it's taken me so long to get back with you. Yeah, I'm 60 yrs old, and I remember when I was a kid, I lived in this tiny Mayberry look-alike town with an equally small library that had a beat-up copy of that book. I lived in the town several years and probably read the book two or three times. Hey, has anyone ever pointed out the similarity between it and the film "Star Wars?" I'm talking about the first film released, the one originally titled "Star Wars." I mean, you've got the cute but clutzy young guy, the royal lady with attitude, the secret rebel base, etc. Granted, Han Solo isn't a close match for the crazy uncle in the book, but there are still more similarities than differences. I seriously think "The Stars Like Dust" was one of the main inspirations for that film. Please answer me and tell me your opinion.
@alanmclemore392710 жыл бұрын
Gary Partain I'm 63. Our times are gone--who actually reads books nowadays? I borrowed them from the local library, and spent most of my allowance money on sci-fi and comic books (I wonder what happened to Green Lantern?). Not a video game in sight. You know, even though I was a big Star Wars fan too (who wasn't?), I never made that connection. But it wouldn't surprise me a bit--Asimov was one of, if not the, most influential sci-fi writer of his time. Great memories. Peace, old guy! Hang in there, man [:-{D>

Here in 2021, amidst the pandemic. Anyway, cool, I only have one album from Jonn Serrie that I bought in the early 1990's, "Midsummer Century" (1993), on tape cassette. Now that I listen to some parts of this, it has some components of synth sounds that he still uses to this day that I remember hearing on Midsummer Century. I still have the cassette. Before that, I've heard some Serrie music on electronic / new age radio back in the late 1980's, including a couple tracks from his album "And the Stars Go with You". Today we call it the Space Ambient subgenre of electronic music & Jonn is part of that pioneering spirit of making this type of music 30-40 years ago.

I have listened to a ton of meditation mixes and this one by far was the best. Usually when I close my eyes I see multi-dimensional layers of holographic sacred geometry, dna patterns, and the all seeing eye (infinite God) everywhere in preset patterns (I just relax, allow and don't try to control even my focus) but this mix was like it's own programming of light, each track taking you to different places and new and ever-expanding dimensions of reality..."if you could only see, through my closed eyes, all that I see" ~ Infinite Energy (God/Love)

there is *NO* music in *space* , only *the* *noise* *of* *silence*.
@DanteVital938 жыл бұрын
+Belaid Molina You are wrong, Considering Earth itself is in space.. and not to mention every attosecond, there are molecular reaction occuring in outter space at an incredibly high rate creating so many vibrations.. so much music. Our ears are deaf to the music of the universe, we simply cannot percieve it. Modern technology helps us identify it, but in the end it's all a matter of perception.
@JediMaster8 жыл бұрын
+daniyal sohail Very good response :D
@belaidarhal93558 жыл бұрын
+daniyal sohail You didn’t get it. The sentence is paradoxically constructed. The *NO* as put in capital/bold letters stand for the allegedly misconception about the “non-existence” of music in the atmosphere/outer space. If you paid a close attention to how the second part of the sentence refutes the first one; then you would have realized the intended meaning. Another element, both “noise” and “silence” are two aspects and constituents of music. So, the expression *the noise of silence* is an extended metaphor of space ambient music. The sentence is featured to serve the stylistic appropriation rather than a mere expression. I do have a neutral position that space is a virtual vacuum. However, sound does exist in the form of electromagnetic vibrations that pulsate in similar wavelengths.

So Muroc - Jonn Serrie (1:13-1:16), that recurring instrument melody? That's from the Red Dawn (1984) Mountain scene where JEd (Patrick Swayze) is sitting there and his little brother (Charlie Sheen) comes up. "Kinda strange isn't it? How the mountains pay us no attention at all. You laugh; you cry. The wind, just keeps on blowin' ...."
