Maybe for a new defender variant, you have a medical version? So instead of fighter transportation, it’s medical drop ship transportation, less weapons but a way more powerful shield, and a large med bay?

Here's an idea, sub classes. You have the base model of a ship or a vehicle, but a sub class is a specialized version. The Defender II B Class could be a good example, a budget ship based on the Defender but stripped down of its extra parts and decorations and left with the base necessities. Maybe with reduced armament and armour, less engine power but balanced out by less armour. Then maybe the Defender II C could be your frontline combat frigate, with better armour and weapons with less speed and capacity. Then the Defender II T as a transport ship with an extended hangar and atmospheric ability at less speed and mobility. The possibilites can be endless.

Sleek looking ship. Very nice. Although, it appears a bit undergunned, with the lack of ventral small caliber guns. But the again, as an American, there is no such thing as too many guns. 🤠 All kidding aside, is there a list of the mods you use somewhere on your discord server?

Redwood was originally a starship manufacturer, hence the "Industrial" / "Industries" part of the name. Commonly Redwood is referred to as "RWI" etc

It's a good looking ship! The mk2 seems to eat fighters and the main cannon is under the ship like covenant ships. Effective in orbital bombardment and fleet security roles, with a complimentary fighter bay. I honestly don't see anything wrong with this ship as to why it would not do well in a fair fight. MK3 you say... What did you have in mind? Details... I need details!

can you make a large capital ship with this percentage of weapons 5% missile/railgun weaponry 10% heavy weaponry 25% medium weaponry 60% point defense weaponry I think it should have a majority of these weapon's on its top spinal and lower spinal section to be able to focus firepower in all directions similar to the defender here also, the defender's only flaw I see it not having weapon's on the bridge area to defend it, otherwise, it's a great ship all around
