To help with the won't stop bug, shut off all power, place a block on your ship, turn back on and fling around wildly, often fixes it. The main fix is shut off all power, place a new grid onto your ship, like a landing gear or something, turn power back on and you will suddenly stop and that new grid will go flying often, so be careful. People have yet to achieve the true Clang Drive, which requires 3 small ships attached to a chain of 12 alternating rotors of equal angular distance, and each ship has to properly max thrust and shut off thrust at the proper timing. The top ship must thrust until it is in the middle, then cut out as the next one launches forward and so on. This is the true warp drive as it will launch your entire ship forward at speeds far beyond the limit and you don't have to worry about hitting anything as it won't hurt your ship but what your ship hit will get deleted where it was hit. Only issue is you have to be careful when you stop as a sudden stop causes massive damage across almost every block on your ship. Another issue with stopping is Clang can be angry and one of the ships in the drive rips off and goes right thru your entire ship as the drive needs to be built behind your ships centre mass. Slowing down takes awhile. Main bug of the drive is that everyone outside of your ship basically sees your ship get copied and pasted millions of times in a long line until your slow down.
